Unable to transfer customer into SAP GTS system

Error message /SAPSLL/PLUGINR3111 “Of 1 selected partner(s), 0 were processed successfully“

After the creation of customer or vendor master data while transferring to GTS system due to some reason system unable able to transfer business partner to SAP GTS from SAP ECC. It could be any reason like missing of business partner master data related configuration in SAP GTS.
For such type of issue let us see how we can analyze the issue. 

Error in ERP System:-

Of 1 selected partner(s), 0 were processed successfully

Message No. /SAPSLL/PLUGINR3111

 The above error appeared in the ECC system. 

Analysis in SAP GTS system through Logs. 

As per the current configuration of the above system, there are missing configurations that are the Logical system group and its assignment to the logical system in SAP GTS. 

After completion of the above missing configuration in the SAP GTS system may be allowed to transfer your customer into the GTS system. 

Another Reason could be like below that your RFC ID may not have the authorization to create a business partner in the SAP GTS system.
